Spanish song and how they appeal to our senses
Spanish child alphabet and wedding song

The words spanish song and romantic for me have always gone hand in hand. The spanish language in itself is very melodic and sweet to listen to, and when loving tender words and a soft smooth melody is added, an enchanting spanish song is unforgettable; one which you might want to use as your bridle hymn because an official spanish wedding song does not exist.

There are so many older spanish singers whose spanish lyrics are filled with such meaningful remembrances which could be easily associated to our new spouse and make you remember your wedding day. And if sung by a group of Mariachis with their specially tuned guitars and mellow accent, your spanish wedding song would ´Unforgettable´ or inolvidable as sung by Nat King Cole.

And there are also spanish song to attract the younger groups with their songs about teenage love, how they spend their free time at the discos, driving around in their newly acquired cars and summer time experiences. But there is still a younger group who are the best fans of spanish music and their child song and alphabet song. Right from birth, everyone who surrounds a baby or small children always turn to cute little songs and melodic phrases so that the their child pronounces their first words. And through this fun and creative way of communication children learn new languages and it stays with them for a lifetime. Babies are born with an on board computer just waiting for input and through spanish song, especially child song and alphabet song, the stored information is what they are going to use later on.

Spanish music and an innovative way to learn spanish

Raising a bilingual child nowadays is nothing special. With interracial marriages being fully accepted and travel and communication and everyday event, many children have parents who are from different countries and with different languages. Spanish is one of the most widely used, and if you can make the learning process easy through child song, then you are enriching your child´s mind and yours, too. With the conventional alphabet song or making one up with any popular tune, anyone can learn vocabulary. If you add visual help while singing the letters such as with block letters, pictograms, signs and symbols, then it will stay with you forever. If children are having fun with stimulating music and colourful characters and objects, then they will learn quickly.

One of the first kids groups to become popular in Spain was the group called Parchis. There were two girls and three boys who sang about animals such as the bee, the crocodile, the donkey, other songs about different countries, their heroes, learning about opposites and fairy tale characters. Then there was an older girl called Xuxa from Brasil who always captivated the children´s audience.

Spanish song and how they appeal to our senses

No one can deny having felt mother´s warmth when being sung a lullaby, or special memories when hearing the theme song to a film you saw together with someone special, not to forget the first formal dance you swayed to with your date. It does not matter a person´s age to feel happy, silly or profound emotions ever time you listen to spanish song.
