We are a group of seven friends (students) and would like to celebrate our high-school year end and party. We thought about renting a villa or large apartment around Alicante. Dear Mikael:<\/strong> I know a couple of very nice Alicante holiday villas to rent in Alicante and along the Costa Blanca, where we had friends staying while they where visiting us. Most of them are situated bit to the north of Alicante in the Benidorm area. However I would not really feel comfortable in recommending you to any specific villa owner, as this leads usually to an overload and overbooking of the specific holiday home. As we are getting this sort of question quite a lot – as you can imagine – I put together a very detailed article on where to find the best Alicante villa rentals<\/a>. I also list several sites where you can find villas to rent directly from the owner<\/a>. You should not have any problem on finding something.<\/p>\n

As for your special needs of holidays and “partying”, you should make sure that the house rent allows those kind of “fun” stuff. I know that most villa rental owners prohibit partying explicitly on their properties. Understandable if you think that most of those holiday houses for hire are located in quite neighborhoods. The Right Location of For Your Alicante Holiday Villa<\/strong><\/p>\n

On a side note, If you are looking for the cheapest Alicante villa to rent, check out several surrounding areas of Alicante as well. You will have a hard time finding any villa in Alicante downtown obviously, so do look for non luxury homes or apartment rentals in the nearby surrounding areas such as San Vicent del Raspeig (where the Alicante university is located- hint party hint \ud83d\ude42 ) or even further to the outskirts of San Juan<\/a> de Alicante, Muchamiel and El Campello. In those northern suburbs you will find a lot more villas and Alicante holiday homes to rent. San Juan and especially El Campello<\/a> have the advantage of the direct Alicante streetcar (tram)<\/a> train running into downtown.<\/p>\n

Overall, as you mention that you are looking into a Alicante villa rental for July, I would definitely start booking early, because this is the busiest time of the year, leaving you with very few vacancies.<\/p>\n
