There are basically two main options for spanish language course in spain:

1. Learn spanish at one of Spain´s leading universities like Salamanca or Malaga. • Living among and having contact with more diversified people and their mannerisms and the way they express themselves in Spanish.
• Living first hand experiences in trying all the gastronomical delicacies of each region especially the all famous paella recipe.

2. The second alternative is by just going to a regular language school in the Spanish city or cities you would just happen to choose or be in. In these circumstances, you are left more on your own as far as finding a good spanish language school and program and the type of classes which would be suitable for your needs and searching for good accommodations.
