So I went back, and left even more impressed. Even at this "cold" time of the year the Sidi Hotel shows its 5 star gardens and palm trees right at the entry.

It is certainly one of the best hotels in and around Alicante. So if you are looking for an excellent Hotel, the Sidi Hotel (make sure you check pricing and availability first ) should be your choice.

Location: The Sidi Hotel is located in the Suburb of San Juan, better said the beach of San Juan, which is nothing but an "extension" of the Alicante beach to the north. About 15km away from Alicante Airport (which lies in the south of the city), the hotel is perfectly accessible. About 10 km away from the motorway the A-7. The Hotel lies directly at the beach in a very quiet neighborhood.

Facilities: The biggest asset first: The Sidi is about 0 meters away from the beach. Literally. So its all you expect - sunbathing or like today (December) a perfect walk along the beach.

Additionally the hotel offers heated indoor and outdoor pool, a tennis and paddel school, 5 tennis and 2 paddel courts, 2 Restaurants, Bar, 7 Meeting Rooms and a Beauty Farm (Sauna, Beauty Salon, Hydrotherapy and much more) - sorry I had no time to check that, but i should have :-)

	The Hotel welcomes you with a wonderful garden full of palm trees and wonderful flowers. Remember these pictures are taken in December.
	Located directly at the beach of San Juan, you literally have to walk 5 seconds to get your feed into the sandy beaches.
	View from the beach next to hotel towards the south. At the end, at about 1km away you see the cabo las huertas with a little lighthouse. A very nice foot walk, by the way.
