Dear Alicante and Costa Blanca Fan,
now by the end
of September it gets pretty quiet around here. So we thought it
might be a good time to have a quick look back on
your past holidays.
Perhaps you spent your time around the Costa
Blanca or anywhere around Spain. And if you reflect back for a minute
what comes in mind first?
The weather? The sun? The beach... food or drinks?
For those of
you who thought about Paella or Sangria we dedicate this newsletter.
Looking through
some of the email we got over the past months, we received questions
about how to make a paella or if we
knew the sangria recipe. We therefore put together two articles
on Paella and Sangria recipes.
We hope you will
enjoy this kind of "special information" from
Alicante.
Table
of contents:
- Two new article of spanish cuisine:
- How to
make a typical spanish paella?
- White
and Red Sangria Recipes
