Should not be an excuse but ...This newsletter marks a little milestone in our website's history. For the first time it is sent out to more than 1000 subscribers. Thanks for subscribing and we promise to get more hands on information about Alicante and the Costa Blanca out to you in the future.

Email questions and feedback from you is the lifeblood of anybody who makes a website. Sometimes it can be a bit repetitive to answer similar questions. Particularly language questions are a bit difficult to answer sometimes.

So, with a little twinkle in my eye - I put together an article about the basic spanish words you really should know. Okay, I also know that you can get around easily with english, but it can be some fun to get at least some words across.

Some weeks ago, we were asked to publish an article about Alicante on one of the major traveling web sites. The escapeartist.com is an online community with over 250 000 participants.
