Dear Alicante and Costa Blanca Fan,

after our last Alicante newsletter, I was overwhelmed by email questions from over 30 subscribers.

Sorry if I could not answer all of them in time, I hope to reply shortly. As most questions are of similar kind and useful to a wider public, we set up a new forum on alicante-spain.com. Please use it to ask your questions there. This way the answers could be useful to everybody.

In addition a new Bus Service from Alicante to Benidorm has been introduced and some airlines announced new routes to Alicante.

Therefore we set up this quick newsletter to keep you posted on current news about travelling and living in Alicante and the Costa Blanca.

After some time of testing and answering many of your questions one by one, I finally set up a Alicante and Costa Blanca Forum on our website.

Please use it to ask questions about Alicante, Benidorm or other parts of the Costa Blanca. You do not need to register or anything else, just post you questions, comments and requests.

New Busline connects Alicante Airport with Benidorm

Starting last week ALSA (spanish bus company) introduced a new direct bus line from Alicante Airport to Benidorm. The bus goes to Benidorm Busstation at Avenida Europa 8.

News on Flights to Alicante

Some important airline announcements this months:

Air Lingus will start flying to Alicante from Dublin twice a week.

flybe.com is offering a new service between Alicante and Exeter from March 28th along with current services between Alicante and Southampton.

Easyjet expanded its european coverage by adding the Dortmund Germany airport with new daily flights to Alicante starting July 2004.
