Dear Alicante and Costa Blanca Fan,

the usual introduction paragraph to this newsletter is about the warm weather here in Alicante. Well - sorry, this time the story is a different one.

We had so much rain during the past months of January - in fact it rained more in this months, than in the entire Year of 2006.

So, before we all fall into a slight depression, I did get one sunny day and went to Denia for our next little video. I really hope it will make your day - and let's you look forward to your next visit around the sunny Costa Blanca.

Our second new article is about the wonderful Island of Tabarca, just a bit souths of Alicante. We went there last summer and enjoyed the great underwater world and the excellent food. Just a little inspiration for a nice day trip on your holidays.

A perfect Daytrip - Tabarca Island

Just a bit off the coast of Alicante lies the Island of Tabarca. Being a protected marine reserve Tabarca is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of nature. Worth a visit!

New Service: Newsletter Updates

Finally, we want to introduce a new service to you. As we receive quite a number of emails asking for information which is already covered on the website, we discovered that not all webpages on alicante-spain.com are easy to be found.

Therefore we will send you short newsletter updates in addition to the monthly newsletter.
