Above all its the area on our website, where we will answer your questions. As we have gotten so many of them through the past years, it was time to introduce a more interactive way of web communication.
Hundreds of hours of work behind the scene
During the past months we literally worked endless hours to set up the webcast area, including a new web publishing system, media server and redesign. (For those of you who are interested we tried to combine all features of a blog with a stable media publishing system.) We did extensive Beta testing to make sure all works well.
New Commenting Feature
Most articles in the webcast section will have our new commenting feature enabled. This allows you to leave a comment or give additional hints and tips if you want.
Answering Your Questions
With the help of our neighbor Doreen who has been living in Spain for nearly 30 years now, we also got some help on answering your email questions.
So here you go, this is the new Webcast area. With frequent updates for Costa Blanca and Spain travelers and residents.
We hope you enjoy it.
All the Best from San Juan de Alicante,
Hubert
PS: Heck do I look tired on that video. I think it shows that we worked all night to finish the launch. But, the early morning view at the beach of San Juan is compensating for all. Don't you think so?

Keep up the good work. Sammy
It makes me want to visit more than ever.

Think the new section is fantastic, brings a human feeling to this electronic world we live in by hearing the words in their true context rather than just reading them and then perhaps misinterpretting them. Brilliant addition and excellent quality (as usual). Thanks again. Look forward to more. Steve.
I look forward to your newsletters and updates around Costa Bianca and now this gives me added incentive and chance to put together excursions for my family, knowing what to expect before arriving, keep up the good work.

With regard to visitors from the UK I expect that those who have booked already to visit Spain will still come but will find their planned budget will not go as far as thought due to the weak pound.
Birmingham airport was selling euros at 1.15 Sunday. With spending power greatly reduced they will probably not come again unless things greatly improve.
I also suspect that anyone in the throes of buying a property off-plan is going to very unhappy.
UK ex pats who depend on pensions etc from the UK are finding things very difficult at the moment and if this poor exchange rate continues then many will be returning back to UK.
The exchange rate makes everything you buy in the shops here so very expensive as it costs eighty pence to buy a euro from the UK when you transfer money.
This is all so very sad as Spain which depends on the tourist and also the ex pats is going to implode before very long.
I am from Bulgaria and I am going to visit Costa Blanca nex week. I love Spain and read a lot about it. Your guide is very helpful. Thank you :)
