Claus and Anne were puzzled about what was open on Sundays in Spain. Arriving at a city like Alicante, or even a smaller touristy coastal area shoudn't be thought of as a problem as far as being able to get something to eat.

From spring until late fall, there are quite a few attractions for kids and young teenagers, especially in Benidorm such as Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Mundomar theme parks.

Do the kids want to travel back in time ( Terra Mitica ), swim with sharks (in Terra Natura) or get soaked to bones, all this and much is there for you every day in Benidorm. Some are open all year round.
