Just got back from these apartments Tuesday 4 November 2008 and must say we were a little hesitant staying in the Rincon end as we prefer the old town and the centro but we had my 74 year old mother with us and decided it would be better for her nearer to the night life.
We were certainly not disappointed with the apartments, we had a two bedroom one which was completed with toaster, fridge, microwave and they even provided tea towels for us. We were there for 6 days, had the bed changed once and two lots of towel changes.
The food is lousy in the restaurant - not much to choose from, make sure that you go self catering as there are hundreds of places to eat. We found a nice little place near the beach called Mad Dogs, english run and excellent food and value for money.
Even though the apartments are in an excellent location near the night life they are far enough away from the noise and bustle.
We were freezing on the first night even though there was a extra blanket in the wardrobe but we asked for another blanket each and we got two each!!
I would strongly recommend these apartments for the locations and excellent value for money!!
